Guruprasad Mani is a highly accomplished and a result oriented professional with experience of over 20 years in Banking and financial services industry spreading across various functions of financial and management accounting including administration. He has a strong command on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, Management Information and in developing and implementing processes and controls in the Finance department.
He has demonstrated the ability to streamline the finance function by increasing the efficiency and the bottom-line profit. He has been involved in credit analysis and restructuring of loans for corporates and SMEs.
Guruprasad has hands-on experience in design and development of Strategic plans, budgets, forecasting models, business plans and conducting SWOT analysis. He has managed Financial and Management accounting department directly and through virtual CFO concept.
He has also performed analysis on customer financials for the purpose of Credit rating and compliance to the Bank policies. Guruprasad has also conducted 360-degree scrutiny of financials of the Customers and develop forecasting models.
Besides the above, he possesses expertise in Financial modelling, forecast and valuation of financial assets and securities for the purpose of raising funds, mergers and acquisition etc.
